EJG Mini Tour 

Registration / Policies

Age Requirement


  • EJG Mini Tour is open to all boys and girls ages 5 - 12

  • A players age group is determined by their age as of July 31st. 

  • A Player must be at least 5 years old by July 31 in order to participate. 

Age Categories / Divisions

  • TimBit  Boys and Girls ( Ages 5 and 6 ) 

  • Novice Boys & Girls  (Ages 7 - 9)  

  • Atom Boys & Girls ( Ages 10 - 12) 

  • Pee Wee - ( TBD )

Membership / Event Entry Fees. 

A Membership Fee of $50 / per player is required to participate in the EJG Mini Tour. Players will also receive a welcome package at their first event which includes;

Each local event, players will pay a $30 ENTRY FEE to participate; which will include golf, post round meal and prizing. 

Event Cancellation / Reschedule

  • All efforts will be made to complete the round. If a tournament must be cancelled and 9-hole players have completed five holes, the round will be deemed sufficient and no refunds will be given. 

  • If an event is cancelled and will not be rescheduled:
    A full refund will be posted to your credit card


  • If an event is postponed and rescheduled:

  • Registration fees will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date.  If you are unable to attend the new event date, please email mcarthurPGA@icloud.com to withdraw and Entry will be refunded in full.

  • Withdraw requests must be submitted 5 or more days prior to the new event date to receive a refund.
